The Aomori Civic Hall can be used for the staging of cultural and artistic activities and as a place for cultural promotion and exchange. Various uses include corporate meetings, lectures, concerts, dances, and presentations.

- Third Monday each month (If the Monday falls on a national holiday, the Hall will be closed on the following day)Year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3 of the following year) * Occasionally the Hall will temporarily be closed for maintenance, etc.
