Located close to JR Aomori Station, Wa Rasse allows visitors to experience the Nebuta festival throughout the year. These facilities can be used for various events such as exchange and learning as well as for lectures. They include a restaurant where visitors can enjoy Aomori cuisine and a shop where they can buy specialties of the prefecture.

*Buses: 1,070yen for the first one hour plus 510yen for each additional 30 minutes and 3,210yen for overnight parking.*Buses require advance reservations.*Cars can enter the parking lot between 8:30a.m. and 10:00p.m. They can brought at any time 24 hours a day.
