Located close to JR Aomori Station, Kadaru is situated on the fifth floor of a complex called “AUGA,” which also has city hall, a library, and other establishments. The audiovisual multifunctional hall, which accommodates 300 persons, can be used for purposes such as lectures and movie previews. In the fresh-food market in Basement 1, there is a restaurant where visitors can enjoy a meal while listening to the live performance of Tsugaru samisen. Next to this complex is the AUGA parking lot.
